Range
First time using a golf club in 13 years! I'm terrible at this, but it's pretty fun! Emmi helped out with nice tips.
Tuesday
Rest
I moved places that day and it took a good 4 hours and too many trips back and forth carrying stuff.
Nice evening relaxing with my favorite "hot tub, cold tub, sauna" combo.
Wednesday
Par-3
First time playing on the Par-3 and let's just say none of us is very skilled at this (yet)!
Thursday
Program 15 WO1
Among other stuff, went for Deadlift 4 sets of 5,3,5,3, went from 65 to 75kg.

Good fun, reached my goals for the session, could and should have pushed it more with the push press, but still finding my confidence with the technique and form.
This marks one week since I last drank alcohol, no temptation so far so feeling good.

Program 15 WO2Tough times, energy levels felt low and I had to fight through a bit mentally to stay positive, a lot of sighs. Really struggled on the neutral grip chin up but managed to push my front squat to 40kg for 3 reps.
The usual at the pool.
Sunday
"Active recovery" golf on the Par-3 course. It went somewhat better than on Wednesday but there is still a long way to go to being decent!Been a pretty good week nutrition wise with a higher "good" carb intake than usual and my come back to proper protein smoothies after months of slacking off on that side!
